Full refund window: you can request a full refund up until the end of your first live session. After Session 1, change-of-mind refunds are not offered, but you can cancel future renewals anytime from your member area and keep access until the end of your paid period. We’ll remind you around 30 days before each renewal with the exact date and amount. Your statutory rights are not affected.
